Network Services in Ada and Canyon County

To provide to State agencies a Virtual Private LAN Service (VPLS)-based network solution to replace the State's existing collection of individual point to point circuits providing connectivity in Ada and Canyon counties.

Initial term of the Agreement shall be for five (5) years post issue of the purchase order by the Division of Purchasing, hereafter referred to as DoP. Thereafter, the Agreement may be renewed on an annual basis provided mutual agreement. Renewals shall be under existing terms and conditions and allowing for adjusted "Not to Exceed" hourly rates. Five annual renewals will be considered.
