The United States Postal Service Office (USPS) of Inspector General (OIG) plans to
award one or more contract(s) to one or multiple suppliers with specialized
knowledge of large logistics corporations whose operations are similar in size and
scope to those of the Postal Service. The Supplier(s) must have extensive
experience benchmarking logistics companies, related to the following:
 Market research
 Labor
 Logistics network research, and
 Logistic network trends and risks.
The contract type is anticipated to be Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)
with Labor Hour task orders.
