Network Operations Mission Service Oriented Modeling
This is not a solicitation but a Source Sought Synopsis for market research purposes only. The Government is not entertaining questions at this time.
All respondents are requested to submit a capability statement (no more than 5 pages) that includes the following information:
1. Propose commercial or non-developmental items that meet the Government's Statement of Objectives (SOO).
2. Inform the Government if the stated requirement is on a pre-priced contract (GSA, NETCENTS or ESI).
3. Provide a high level ROM for the effort.
4. Inform the Government of the business size standard particular to the proposed NAICS 541512 -- Computer Systems Design Services.
5. Provide feedback on the proposed NAICS code and attached SOO.
