Network Infrastructure Assessment
he primary objective of the project is to assess the infrastructure of four (4) worksites in relation to the University's global network. The goal is to reduce the operational complexity of each site and simplify the network infrastructure to facilitate future system changes. The assessment will create documentation to be used for the reduction of operational complexity, and allow for expansion and migration of the network to a cloud environment. The selected Offeror will work with the Office of Analytics, Planning, and Technology to conduct the assessment and carry out the requested changes (if necessary). The proposed solution should provide network management features including, but not limited to, network documentation, the Offerer's ability to identify existing problems, and the Offerer's ability to change/upgrade an existing network. The University is looking for an Offeror with strong network assessment and implementation expertise and a proven methodology to recommend and execute changes leading to operational efficiency.
