The Center invites submission of proposals to analyze and provide a report to the Center on the adequacy and limitations of its current Information Technology (IT) system and structure and to provide a range of options, and cost estimates for the components of those options, for increasing the quality, robustness, reliability, and speed of the Centers network infrastructure and to recommend the best set of options.
