Netscout hardware and software maintenance
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items as supplemented with the additional notes provided in this solicitation notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Request for Proposals (RFP) are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) under GSA requirement number ID4010101. The Government intends to make an award using Simplified Acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.1.
