Netherlands Technical Manual Survey
This sources sought is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements for an onsite technical manual survey of the flight/operating manuals and maintenance manuals for the Royal Netherlands Air Force (RNLAF) for a fleet of four (4) C-130H aircraft. The purpose of the survey is to inspect the aircraft manuals, aircraft supplemental data and aircraft configurations to collect all the necessary information required to update and/or create customized manuals. The contractor shall develop and deliver a report at the conclusion of the survey that provides a recommended technical approach and cost associated to develop, deliver, and sustain customized RNLAF C-130 Technical Manuals.
