This is PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The US Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center, Minneapolis, MN. hereinafter referred to as MVAHCS located at 1 Veterans Drive, Minneapolis, MN. 55417. The NAICS code assigned to this procurement will be 561320 with a size standard of $27.5 million. The VA will award a firm, fixed price, commercial services contract. Contract use will be limited to Minneapolis VA Health Care System only. The solicitation will contain requirements for a 6 month base period contract, with one (6month) option to renew. Service will begin March 01, 2018 through August 31, 2018 for the base period. The solicitation is scheduled to be issued on or about January 18, 2018 and will be issued via FedBizOpps Electronic Posting System at http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
The Minneapolis VA Health Care System (MVAHCS) requires contractual services to provide their medical expertise and services for 1.0 FTE Nephrology Physician Services for the Minneapolis VA Medical Center.
The contractor shall provide one Nephrology Physician Services to provide full-time, 80 hours every two-weeks, (including on Call Coverage) on-site services in accordance with the specifications contained herein to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Minneapolis VA Health Care System.
