Mandatory Conf/Site Visit: 06/28/2010. On 6/29/2010, two other mandatory site visits at different locations. To enhance patient care and reduce transportation/security expenses, the Department of Correction, hereinafter referred to as the Department, seeks the turn-key services of a qualified provider(s) of dialysis and nephrology services.
