Neighborhood Street Rehabilitation Project
Hereby proposes to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools and transportation and do all the
work required to complete the said work in accordance with the Plans and Specifications for the
following unit prices. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following; sawcut and remove
existing asphalt concrete pavement and construct new asphalt concrete pavement and base, cold
mill existing pavement and construct new asphalt concrete pavement, remove and replace
existing curb, gutter, curb and gutter, and sidewalk as required and as shown on the Plans.
Sawcut corner returns and curb and install new PCC access ramps, per SPPWC Std. 111-3, case
and type per Plan. Sawcut pavement and remove existing slotted cross gutters and install new
PCC smooth pan cross gutters, per SPPWC Std. 122-1 per Plan. Also included is root pruning as
need be, grinding of existing PCC sidewalk as indicated on the Plans, adjustment of manholes
and valve covers to grade, painting of striping and legends, replacement of traffic signs and
installation of traffic signal loops.
