Neighborhood Strategic Plan
The Boston Redevelopment Authority ("BRA") is issuing a Request For Proposals ("RFP") for consultant services to develop a Neighborhood Strategic Plan for the Hyde Park neighborhood within the City of Boston. The consultant will work with the BRA and a nominated Advisory Group selected by Mayor Thomas M. Menino to conduct a comprehensive study of Hyde Park. The study will include an analysis of land use and zoning, density, housing, transportation, traffic, parking, open space and sustainability, and urban design. The final product of the study is a neighborhood plan which is intended to produce viable recommendations to advise final zoning regulations, as well as to guide the maintenance and well-balanced growth of the neighborhood.
