Proposals are hereby invited by the City of LA Housing Dept. from firms and institutions interested in providing, by contract services in support of the NSP. To that end the qualified applicatns will provide services which focus on rehabilitation construction activities including, but not lilmited to, inspecting properties, determining scopes of work, estimating rehabilitation costs, approving selected contractors and construction contracts, making progress inspections and processing draw requests, ensuring program compliance and resolving disputes.
