Neighborhood Stabilization Program
County Land Bank seeks sealed proposals from qualified respondents to provide
maintenance services on properties/parcels located in targeted neighborhoods and census tracts in
the City. Many parcels contain abandoned and distressed residential structures. The purpose of this notice is to solicit proposals from Maintenance Contractors to select
one or more firms to perform property management and maintenance tasks as requested by the
Kalamazoo Land Bank Authority. These services may be requested in any part of the Kalamazoo
County – though the concentration of services will be located in the following neighborhoods:
Northside, Eastside, Stuart, Fairmont, Edison and Vine.
