Construct three (3) neighborhood parks including but not limited to earthwork, irrigation, landscape, concrete paths and plaza areas, playground throughout the project area as described in the drawings and specifications. Work must be substantially complete no later than October 31, 2012. Phase 2 (alternate) Construct Farm Park, earthwork, irrigation, landscape, concrete paths and plaza areas, playground as described in the drawings and specifications. Phase 2 has not yet received funding approval, funding is anticipated in 2013.
