Neighborhood Master Plan
The City is seeking proposals from which to select a consultant to conduct a neighborhood assessment and prepare a neighborhood master plan for the revitalization of the JOSANA neighborhood in the northwest quadrant of the city. The plan will be used to:
* Ensure that all activities and interests are consistent with the Plan's vision for the neighborhood
* Guide funding decisions for development and other investment activities in JOSANA
* Guide revitalization efforts in JOSANA
