Neighborhood Improvement District
The chosen consultant or consulting team will have proven experience in NID establishment and consensus building, as well as knowledge of NID law. The consultant will work with a dedicated staff person, the Neighborhood Outreach Coordinator, and with the Steering Committee to develop a NID Plan and to pass the plan through the public and city council vote.
