Negotiation Skills Training and Consulting Services
The City seeks consulting advice on how best to implement enterprise-wide improvements in the area of negotiation and methods for sustaining and measuring that improvement. The City also is seeking training for employees engaged in positions requiring negotiation to improve their skill level. It is expected that a relatively small group of key employees will receive more intensive training, while a broader group may receive less intensive training, depending on their job requirements, to improve skill levels in negotiation.
