The City, Community Development Administration (CDA) is requesting proposals for property located within the Ivanhoe Business District. Respondents must provide a narrative and budget for any improvements or modifications to the existing site. Any proposed construction will be subject to review and approval to ensure the development meets the architectural regulations administered by CDA. Proposals to the attention of CDA will be received at 1015 Locust Street, Suite 1200.
