Navy Pay Personnel Future Workforce Assessment
NAVSUP FLC Norfolk Philadelphia Office Contracting Department intends to acquire services to collect existing information about the current pay/personnel workforce to include government civilians, active duty, reserve military personnel and contractors, and based on an understanding of Navybs future service delivery model, recommend a workforce structure that would effectively operate the pay/personnel service delivery model of the future.
The services will take place at the Governmentbs facility b travel is not anticipated. The Government will process this procurement as a 100% total small business set-aside and ultimately issue a firm fixed price contract in accordance with FAR 13.5 (Test Program for Certain Commercial Items).
