This SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE (SSN) is issued to assist the Agency in performing market research to determine interest and capabilities. The Government is not obligated and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this notice. No proposal are being requested or accepted with this notice.

THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE.


Requirement:


Specific performance requirements have not been determined as this is a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). Orders placed under this BOA will be in support of TRIDENT II (D5) Navy Inertial Navigation Weapon System Program in the following areas: U.S. and U.K. Fleet Support Operational, Technical, Engineering, Logistical, and Life Cycle Support; U.S. and U.K. SPALT for the FBM/SWS Navigation Subsystem; U.S and U.K. Replenishment of Inertial Equipment, Repair, and Spare Parts for Navigation Subsystem; Tactical Hardware and Test Equipment; SPH Refurbishment; U.S. Future Navigation Subsystem Technical and Engineering Support; U.K. Successor Future Navigation Technical and Engineering Support; Ohio Replacement Future Technical and Engineering Support; U.S. and U.K. Training Support; Software Maturity; Fleet Support Studies; and Navigation Systems and Support Components.


Response Deadline:


Interested sources shall submit a capability package in Microsoft Word (compatible format) or PDF format is restricted to no more than three (3) 8.5 X 11 inch pages, in Times New Roman font no smaller than 10 point. Packages are due no later than Thursday, 24 January 2019, 1200 (EST) and shall be submitted via e-mail to Angelika Grabovetskaya (email: anzhelika.grabovetskaya@ssp.navy.mil) with "Sources Sought" in the subject line of the Email.


All submittals shall include the following information:


- Company Administrative Information, including:
- Company Name and Address;
- Company Point of Contact (email and phone) and Title;
- Company Address;
- DUNS No.;
- CAGE Code;


- Under which NAICS code(s) do you currently provide similar services?
- Specifics addressing the tasking listed below and company's capability;
- Specifics addressing existing subject matter expertise on Inertial Tactical and Trainer equipment of the Electrostatically Supported Gyro Navigator (ESGN) for the TRIDENT II (D5) FBM Program; and
- Related past performance;


Facilities and U.S. citizen personnel must have a Top Secret Clearance, and be International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) compliant. In addition, prospective sources should be able to receive, generate, modify and store classified documentation. Support development for the follow-on inertial navigator, and already has both the necessary test facilities and workforce that provide support to the Ship Submersible Ballistic Nuclear (SSBN) fleet without a break in service.

Responders should indicate which portions of their response are proprietary and should mark them accordingly. Failure to provide a response does not preclude participation in any possible future competitive RFP for which a business is eligible to participate in, if any is issued. It is the responsibility of the interested businesses to monitor the FEDBIZOPS website for additional information pertaining to any potential acquisition and provide security clearances if necessary, to perform the statement of work (SOW).
