Navigo Remote/Application Support Maintenance Plan
The Eastern Colorado Health Care System, Denver, CO is issuing a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice in conjunction with procedures in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is being issued. The solicitation number VA259-14-Q-0555 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-74 effective May 30, 2014. The NAICS code is 511210 and the size standard is 35.5 million. This requirement is full and open, small business, and will be firm-fixed-price. The closing date for this notice is 5:00 PM EST June 27, 2014. The requirement is for the following:

Extended Remote/Application Support Maintenance Plan - 1 Year (July 1, 2014 - June 30, 2015)
- Free Software version releases during coverage period
- Unlimited toll-free technical and administrative telephone and remote access support
- Unlimited remote training of the Navigo Editor program
- Discounted Pricing for On-Site Service calls ($195 for first 2 hours. $75/hr after 2 hours)
- AutoAlert - System Monitoring at ITS factory and customer selected e-mails
- An action plan of how and when any maintenance call will be handled is provided within 4 hours of AutoAlert notification or receipt of support call
- 1 Free main screen textural changes
- 15% discount on software feature upgrade
Extended Maintenance Plans do NOT cover:
- Network diagnosis or service
- On- site hardware troubleshooting
- Hardware replacement
Location: Eastern Colorado Health Care System, 11055 Clermont St., Denver, CO 80220-3808.
Contractor to provide services in accordance with terms and conditions of the contract for the period of October 1, 2014 through September 30, 2015, with four (4) option years. Option years are exercised at the discretion of the government.
To be eligible for award of a contract, vendor must be actively registered in the SAM database (http://www.sam.gov). Vendor is also required to complete representations and certifications found in the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - - Commercial Items.
