Navigational Data Base Subscription
U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) anticipates contracting with Honeywell International Inc 21111 N 19th Ave Phoenix AZ 85027, for a Honeywell Flight Management System (FMS) Navigational Data Base subscription. The proposed action is for a service for which the Government does not own specifications and or drawings to permit full and open competition. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 6.302-1. Firms that feel they can provide this commodity or equal are encouraged to identify themselves. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposal, however, the Government will consider all proposals received by the specified due date (in accordance with FAR 5.203(a)). A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition is solely within the discretion of the Government. The requirement will be released a commercial requirement under FAR Part 12.
