The Agencys goal and objectives are to acquire quality Naval Architecture and Related Engineering Services to perform competent engineering and design work, as well as to insure quality construction and repair, related to Staten Island Ferry Vessels, and other Department owned and operated Vessels and Floating Equipment. The Scope of Services can be found under Section I, General Requirements in the Proposed Contractual Agreement (See Section VII, Attachment A).
