This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the National Sleep Foundation (NSF) to identify and select a veteran agency or independent contractor for the continued design and development of its existing website and the design and development of a new associated web property. The potential professional(s) must have the requisite experience and resources to accomplish these objectives, which are detailed within this RFP. It is permissible to submit an RFP for services relating to design OR development but preference will be given to those companies or individuals bundling both services under a single provider.
