National Public Relations Plan
The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is to gather general qualifications from firms interested in, capable of, and qualified to lead DLR Group in the creation of a national PR Plan.
The resulting national PR plan will be used by company leaders to guide firm wide PR direction, assist with PR resources allocation/acquisition, assist DLR Group locally and nationally with branding, key messaging, media relations and publicity, increasing A/E design industry reputation, firm name and project design recognition in our core sectors and PR implementation strategies to assist in reaching DLR Groups strategic mission and vision.
As a part of creating a national PR plan, the chosen PR firm will be working with DLR Groups senior management to help assess existing firm wide and local office PR efforts and document existing media positioning and perceptions. It is DLR Groups desire to be an active participant and resource for the PR firm chosen to help lead this effort. The chosen PR firm will lead DLR Group in generating the specific components needed in the national PR plan. Assistance with implementation of the PR Plans strategies may be desired from the firm selected.
