The Partnering Institutions of the National Gallery of Art, the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS), and the National Endowment for the Arts
(NEA), under the direction of the Gallery are seeking the submission of Best Value proposals
from qualified, responsive, and responsible vendors to design, create, and provide support for
maintaining a Web site to serve as an information source and online exhibition space for 2,500
works of art dispersed across all 50 states, one gallery or museum in each state.
