The Federal Bureau of Prisons Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to make a single or multiple awards for the provision of Educational Services for the inmate population at the Federal Medical Center Carswell located in Ft Worth, Texas. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. Award will be made to the responsible quoter who submits the most advantageous offer to the Government. The contractor will provide the following program/instructor: National Federation of Trainers Course - estimated to provide Five Hundred Seventy Six (576) sessions for the base year and each of the option years: 12 hours per week for 12 weeks with 4 classes per fiscal year. A session is defined as one (1) hour in duration. The contract period(s) shall consist of one 12-month base year and four 12 month option periods for renewal. All other qualifications and requirements will be detailed in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available on or about June 2, 2014 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov.
