The Office of Personnel Management is requesting quotes for National Change of Address (NCOA) processing services for a one-year base period of performance plus four 12-month option periods. Services delivered are to be as described in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition, and the specific evaluation criteria to be included are defined in the solicitation materials attached.
