The U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Job Corps (DOL/OJC) seeks the services of a qualified Small Business contractor to support a multi year effort in operating a 24 hour contact center. This competition is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. For your information, the NAICS code for this requirement is 541618 Other Management and Consulting Services. The size standard is 6.5 million. The incumbent is McNeil Technologies, INC, 6564 Loisdale Court, Suite 900, Springfield, Virginia, 22150-1812. The contract was awarded for $2,454,873. Services are currently being performed at an off-site location in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. The period of performance expected is for (2) Base Years and (3) Option Years and is to provide the full range of support services required to initiate, plan, execute, and maintain this project for the U.S. DOL/OJC.
