The Action Alliance for Suicide Prevention will be having a meeting September 8-9, 2011 in the metro Washington DC area with approximately 120 attendees, 70 of which will need to be traveled. This RFQ is for the registration, invitation, communication about travel arrangements of all attendees in additon to meeting materials assembly, on site dissemination of materials, on site registration, and travel reimbursement for all, while abiding by Federal per diem rates.
