Name and Address Change Datasets
The Secretary of State is soliciting proposals from qualified vendor(s) to provide datasets of name and address information similar to, or more comprehensive than, that information provided by the USPS National Change of Address (NCOA) dataset. This information will be used to correct and improve the accuracy of voter registration rolls.
