The New York State Office of the Chief Information Officer/Office for Technology (OCIO/OFT) on behalf of the New York Financial Management System Project, hereinafter referred to as NYFMS Project, is seeking proposals from qualified Bidders for system integrator services for the implementation of a statewide financial management system to deploy core functionality for NYFMS as further described in the RFP.
