NYC Workforce Development Mapping Initiative

New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) is seeking a consultant or consultant team to conduct mapping and inventory of New York City’s publicly-funded workforce development system. NYCEDC seeks to create a comprehensive database of publicly-funded workforce agencies, core services provided, funding sources, and outcomes achieved. Through this mapping exercise, as well as through discussions with workforce leaders in New York City, the consultant will provide a comprehensive examination of the City’s workforce development system, which will include a visual and written summary of workforce programming in New York City.
NYCEDC plans to select a consultant on the basis of factors stated in the RFP which include, but are not limited to: the quality of the proposal, experience of key staff identified in the proposal, experience and quality of any subcontractors proposed, demonstrated successful experience in performing services similar to those encompassed in the RFP, and the proposed fee.
