34th NVWG Parking Requirement
STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)
1.0 PURPOSE
The requirement is for the necessary parking spaces for the vehicles being deployed to the Pennsylvania Convention Center for the operation of the National Veterans Wheelchair Games.
Requirement for 15 vehicles on 8/8/18 and 32 vehicles starting 6am on 8/11/14 continuing thru 8/18/14 at 8pm.
2.0 SCOPE
The contractor must provide requested spaces in an indoor garage or surface lot(s) with in and out accessibility for each vehicle, each day of requirement. These vehicles will be used for equipment and staff movement and will need to exit and re-enter the facility several times per day. An ingress/ egress pass must be included with this contract for each parking space/vehicle. The lots must be located within 2 city blocks of the Pennsylvania Convention Center.

4.0 PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS
The contractor shall provide the following parking spaces:
" 8/8-8/18/14
Spaces for:
4 box trucks (outside lot required)
3 minivans
14 high top wheelchair accessible vans/vans/pick-up trucks
20 automobiles
The Contractor will be responsible for the issuance of spaces and in/out passes. The box trucks (4) will require outdoor surface lots.
5.0 PLACE OF PERFORMANCE / HOURS OF OPERATION
The location is within 2 blocks of the Pennsylvania Convention Center and should open 24 hours per day.
6.0 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE
August 8; August 11th-18th 2014.
