NUWC Building 113 Renovations
This project involves renovations to Building 113 at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC), Newport, Rhode Island. Work involves architectural improvements to the main corridor and adjacent offices, the coffee mess area, the men and womenbs bathrooms, the custodial closet, and replacement windows on one side of the building. Work includes but is not limited to demolition of existing surfaces and installation of doors, plumbing, cabinets, countertops, carpet tiles, and lighting fixtures. The contractor shall provide all tools, labor, equipment, qualified supervision, and transportation as required to perform the actions stated in the attached Drawings and Specifications.
