NUWC Building 11 HVAC Upgrades
The project shall include the HVAC retrofit of the heating, cooling and ventilation system in the east wing of building 11.
The new mechanical system will utilize a central station air handling unit with direct expansion cooling coil and a steam heating coil. The unit will be equipped to provide the required amount of ventilation air for the occupants. The electrical system serving the new mechanical equipment will be upgraded to serve the equipment.
