NSWDG - Luke Walsh IGV Maintenance Support Services RFI-Sources Sought
Naval Special Warfare (NSW) is requesting Sources Sought for In Garrison Vehicle (IGV) Maintenance and Repair Services. The objectiv of this Sources Sought is to obtain a list of reliable vendors who can professionally maintain, repair, and technically support a fleet of various IGVs in support of Garrison operations. The requirements for this acquisition are as follows:
The contractor shall provide onsite routine Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS), planned and unplanned repair services to maintain the operational availability of IGVs.
Conduct 6-Month Service of Electric and Internal Combustion Engine IGVs to include but not limited to those specified in Attachment I.
Conduct annual Services of Internal Combustion Engine IGVs to include but not limited to those specified in Attachment I.
The Contractor shall have an established core business competency of at least 3 years in servicing equipment similar to those specified in Attachment I.
The contractor will follow the service guidelines set forth in the Information Center/Fleet Anywhere database as it may differ fom the original manufacturer specification. A US Government Representative must authorize a deviation from the Information Center/Fleet Anywhere service requirements. The Contractor shall make every effort to respond as quickly as possible to service task requests for planned and unplanned maintenance oflGVs as part of this PWS and to expedite the completion of all authorized service tasks.
Participate in a Post-A ward Conference.
