Solicitation for NSN: 1650-01-660-8195/0068913539, Sensor Flame Detect, Kidde Technologies, Inc. (Cage 61423), P/N 473240. Kidde is the only approved source for this item. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) package. A request for proposal (RFP) will be issued for a firm fixed-price without options for a quantity of 1,327 each. This is a critical application item. This is a Navy Identified Critical Safety item. This solicitation will be solicited as an unrestricted acquisition. The required delivery schedule is 164 days ARO, FOB origin, inspection/ acceptance origin. PPIRS applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS). All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. You must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
