The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 1 NSN 5945-01-192-7988. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract with three years is anticipated. The total duration shall not exceed 3 years. The solicitation will be issued as “Unrestricted”. The solicitation will be available on or about October 23, 2014 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB Origin is required. Place of inspection is Origin. Certificate of Conformance (COC) is NOT acceptable and will NOT be authorized. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. Un-redacted traceability is mandatory. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Government required delivery is 256 days.
