The contractor shall provide all necessary professional services, equipment, labor materials, supervision, tools, testing, and specialty services to perform design-build services for "Renovate Room 5A-104 for Pharmacy and Telemetry" at the CW Bill Young VAMC.

This is a design-build project/solicitation that will use FAR Part 36.3 Two -Phase Design Build Selection Procedures, providing the best value to the Government. The solicitation will be issued on or about May 3, 2018.

At the time of proposal submission, contractors must have current registration/certification in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.SAM.GOV and VetBiz at www.vip.vetbiz.gov . Proposals of contractors not registered/certified in both databases will not be considered for award.
Green Environmental Management System (GEMS) - Contractors selected for award of this contract are expected to be good stewards of the environment by complying with federal, state and local environmental laws and other requirements such as medical center policy and project specifications. In addition contractors should incorporate pollution prevention and waste minimization into operations.
