DESCRIPTION:
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to renovate room finishes (new flooring, new ceiling, and paint and repair of wall surfaces) for the areas of Building 22; Service Organizations and Regional Counsel office and waiting rooms, building 100; PERC, Pharmacy Consult, CT waiting and consult (1E168).

Work Location: C.W. Bill Young Medical Center, located at 10000 Bay Pines Blvd., Bay Pines, Florida.
Estimated Target Completion Period: 280 calendars days after Notice to Proceed (NTP)
Magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000.

Size Standard is $33.5 Million. Product Service Code Z2DA
This solicitation that will use the trade-off source selection process, providing the best value to the Government. The solicitation will be issued on or about August 30, 2019.
All information for this solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web-site at www.fbo.gov
At the time of proposal submission, contractors must have current registration/certification in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.SAM.GOV and VetBiz at www.vip.vetbiz.gov . Proposals of contractors not registered/certified in both databases will not be considered for award.

TIERED EVALUATIONS INCLUDING SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS: This solicitation is being issued as a tiered evaluation for SDVOSB concerns, or in the alternative, a tiered evaluation for VOSB concerns, or in the alternative, a set-aside for other small business concerns with HUBZone small business concerns and 8(a) participants having priority. If award cannot be made, the solicitation will be cancelled, and the requirement resolicited.
