DESCRIPTION:
Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, parts, material, equipment, testing, and services for the Installation of a new electrical distribution system at the VA Lee County Healthcare Clinic (LCHC) per the contract documents.

Estimated Target Completion Period: 140 calendars days after Notice to Proceed (NTP)
Magnitude of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
NAICS 238210 Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors
Size Standard is $15 Million. Product Service Code Z2DA
This solicitation that will use the trade-off source selection process, providing the best value to the Government. The solicitation will be issued on or about August 13, 2019.
All information for this solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web-site at www.fbo.gov
At the time of proposal submission, contractors must have current registration/certification in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.SAM.GOV and VetBiz at www.vip.vetbiz.gov . Proposals of contractors not registered/certified in both databases will not be considered for award.

TIERED EVALUATIONS INCLUDING SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS: This solicitation is being issued as a tiered evaluation for SDVOSB concerns, or in the alternative, a tiered evaluation for VOSB concerns, or in the alternative, a set-aside for other small business concerns with HUBZone small business concerns and 8(a) participants having priority. If award cannot be made, the solicitation will be cancelled, and the requirement resolicited.
