NREL Energy Systems Integration Facility High Performance Computer Request for Information
The Energy Systems Integration Facility (ESIF) at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) hosts Peregrine, the primary high performance computing system for work supported by the Department of Energy, Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE).
NREL is preparing to replace Peregrine with a system that will provide the performance and capacity required to meet the mission needs of EERE in the 2018-2023 time frame. This Request for Information (RFI) asks potential bidders/proposers to answer basic market research and capability related questions.
