The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing aSolicitation Notice for the proposed Construction Equipment Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) at various project sites throughout Connecticut and include the following locations:

c. Goshen Radio Relay Station
Hageman-Shean Road, Goshen, CT 06756 (Litchfield County)


d. Hancock Brook Lake
611 Greystone Road, Plymouth, CT 06782 (Litchfield County)


e. Hop Brook Lake Project Office
4 Straits Turnpike, Middlebury, CT 06762 (New Haven County)


f. Northfield Brook Lake
1550 Northfield Road, Thomaston, CT 06787 (Litchfield County)


g. Naugatuck River Basin Office
100 Allerton Farm Road, Middlebury, CT 06762 (New Haven County)


h. Stamford Hurricane Barrier
230 Elmcroft Road, Stamford, CT 06905 (Fairfield County)



The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to execute the Construction Equipment Services for each BPA Call under this agreement. No single BPA Call may exceed $25,000 in total cost. The BPA Master Dollar Limit is $250,000. The intent of this blanket BPA is to provide the government with a cost-effective rapid response way to maintain the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers facilities


Schedule: The BPA Base Year shall have a 36-month period of performance from the date of award.



Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fbo.gov). This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238910 with a Small Business Size Standard of $15 Million.

THE INTENT IS TO AWARD MULTIPLE BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENTS FROM THIS ONE SOLICITATION.  SOLICITATION NUMBER IS CHANGED TO W912WJ19A0013.


ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
