NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY AND INVITATION FOR BIDS TO LEASE 239 ACRES FOR AGRICULTURAL PURPOSES AT NALF ORANGE GROVE, TEXAS.
The Government hereby extends this Notice of Availability and Invitation for Bids on the leasing of approximately 239 acres of land for agricultural purposes (Hayland only) at the Navy Auxiliary Landing Field (NALF) Orange Grove, Naval Air Station (NAS) Kingsville, Texas.
The lease is for an initial term of one year with the option to renew for nine additional one-year periods.
Bidders are urged and expected to inspect the site and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions. Inspection arrangements may be made by calling Jeremy Adams, Naval Air Station, Kingsville, Texas, Telephone (361) 516-6051.
There will be no public bid opening.
