NORDIC CENTER OPERATIONS LEASE
The Town is soliciting written proposals from qualified businesses (Bidders) to
lease and operate a full service, seasonal, high quality Nordic ski operation at the Nordic Center. The Town intends to enter into a winter, seasonal lease. To be
considered, interested businesses shall submit a written proposal. This proposal should include
the Bidders ideas on how they would like to operate Gold Run Nordic Center, including ideas for
how to handle trail design, grooming, programming, etc. Such proposals must be submitted by
the stated deadline, meet the established criteria as described in the attached instructions, and
represent the intent, proven capability, and true commitment of the submitting Bidders for the
full period of the award. Information submitted will be subject to verification.
