Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.

This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC_2019-01 01-22-2019.

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332439, with a small business size standard of 500 employees.

The VA Healthcare System Northport VAMC is seeking to purchase A converted ISO Container for NOP VAMC Police Storage.

All interested companies shall provide quotation(s), for the following (please note equivalent items can be quoted):

Supplies

General
Custom 30'L x 8'W x 9'6"H Storage Container ( due to space limitations a standard 40 container will not be possible for this site)

Frame
Interior wooden frame with R13 insulation.

Floor
3/16" Diamond Tread Steel Overlay on existing plywood floor with insulation/foam and painted with trim molding along base of floor.

Walls
Birchwood Panels with R13 insulation behind walls.

Ceiling
Sheetrock with R13 insulation underneath with trim molding along ceiling.

Doors
Two (2) 8-foot heavy duty roll up insulated doors.
One (1) 36 x 80 Industrial steel personnel door with handle and deadbolt lock.

Electrical and Lighting
Three (3) 4' Overhead LED lights with two (2) switches, two (2) exterior LED lights over roll up doors and one (1) LED light on end of container, six (6) 110V quad outlets and 100- AMP Panel {wiring run in surfaced mounted conduit to panel with exterior down elbow for hardwiring).

HVAC
3-ton Wall Mounted Commercial HVAC unit (230V/1/60) with 10KW heat supply and return grilles and programmable thermostat.

Finish/Painting
Finish: All exterior surfaces shall be clear anodized finish or painted with rust
inhibitive acid-based primer per customers choice. Surfaces painted with
minimum one (1) undercoat and one (1) finish coat of automotive acrylic
enamel paint with a photochemically reactive hardener. Finish is to be air
dried. Choice of one (1) paint color as selected by customer.

Award shall be made to the quoter, whose quotation, offers the best value to the government, considering technical capability, past performance, and price. The government will evaluate information based on the following evaluation criteria: (1) price, (2) technical capability factor meeting or exceeding the requirement, and (3) past performance.B B

This is an open-market combined synopsis/solicitation for products as defined herein.B B The government intends to award a purchase order as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation that will include the terms and conditions set forth herein. To facilitate the award process, all quotes, must include a statement regarding the terms and conditions herein as follows:
"The terms and conditions in the solicitation are acceptable to be included in the award document without modification, deletion, or addition."

"The terms and conditions in the solicitation are acceptable to be included in the award document with the exception, deletion, or addition of the following:"
