NON-EXCLUSIVE TEMPORARY DEBRIS BOX AND ROLL-OFF COLLECTION SERVICE
The City of Rohnert Park (City) uses a non-exclusive system to provide for collection of temporary debris box and roll-off services. The agreements with the current temporary debris box and roll-off haulers expire on June 30, 2009.
The City has issued this Request for Proposals (RFP) to request entities with demonstrated experience and qualifications in providing the services required in this RFP to submit an Application to provide Non-Exclusive Temporary Debris Box and Roll-off services. The City intends to award licenses to the five (5) most qualified Licensees1 based on an evaluation of the applications.
