NSWC Crane Division plans to plans to enter into a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Job Order (JO) for the procurement of non-commercial military quality cables and harnesses. This JO will be under the Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) established for the procurement of non-commercial military cables and harnesses and will be competed among the five small businesses which were awarded a BOA under the multiple award provisions of FAR 16.504(c). Award of the JO will be based upon a Best Value evaluation based upon past performance, compliance with the required delivery schedule, and price.
No solicitation will be available at FedBizOpps and no hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Submitting a bid from the NECO website by clicking on "Submit Bid" does not guarantee offers will be received by the proper person in the correct format.
