NONMETALLIC TUBING
Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support (DLATS) intends to issue an unrestricted Request for Proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of NSN 9330-01-338-5808 (Nonmetallic Tubing) under solicitation number SPE8ES-14-R-0002. The approved source of supply is Parker-Hannifin Corporation (83529) for the following part number: A07386.11627.
Solicitation period will be 30 days. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) after July 5, 2014. It will be for a Firm-Fixed Price Contract for a quantity of 500 EA, with quantity options of 50 percent and 100 percent. This acquisition will be unrestricted. The required production lead time is 160 days ADO. Delivery will be FOB Origin to DDSP (New Cumberland, PA 17070), Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. All proposals must include copy of a completed solicitation with Firm-Fixed Pricing for the quantity of 500 EA, as well as pricing for the 50 percent and 100 percent quantity options.
All responsible sources must submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Copies of the solicitation will not become available until the solicitation issue date. The solicitation, once issued, will be posted on the DIBBS website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. ; From the DIBBS Homepage select "RFP/IFB/Non-Quotable RFQs" from the top toolbar and search by the subject solicitation number or NSN.
